Entry to the show is £12 in advance, £14 on the day, children (0 - 16) are free.
Entry is organised by Stonor Park and tickets are now available on the Stonor Park website.
Those with pre-booked tickets can arrive from 9am
Admission for general public is from 10am ​

Concours d'Elegance / show and shine 

This year we are welcoming back our Concours d'Elegance. We are inviting you to join us in the following classes:
 

• Class 1 - Best Air-Cooled Transporter Sponsored by Wolfsburg Bus Crew
  (Splitscreen, Bay Window, Air-Cooled T25)

• Class 2 - Best Pre '67 Beetle

• Class 3 - Best Post '68 Beetle

• Class 4 - Best Other Air-Cooled 
  (including Porsche)

• Class 5 - Best Water-Cooled Transporter 
  (Water-Cooled T25, T4 and newer)

• Class 6 - Best Classic Golf Sponsored by Dubstock
  (Mk1, 2, 3) 

• Class 7 - Best Modern Golf 
  (Mk4+)

• Class 8 - Best Other Water-Cooled

• Class 9 - Best Modified Air-Cooled Sponsored by Volksmagic.com

• Class 10 - Best Modified Water-Cooled Sponsored by Volksmagic.com

There is only one trophy per class however, we also have the two John Daniel Cups for Best Air-Cooled and Water-Cooled vehicle in the show, everyone who enters the concours will have the chance to win one of these coveted trophies. There is also the chance for one lucky participant to have the chance to exhibit their car on the ABVWC stand at the NEC Classic Car Show in November!

As some people don't use paypal (and we don't wan't anyone to miss out) we are allowing entry to the concours on the day. This will be on a first come first served basis, once classes are full they will be closed to entry.
Entry on the day will be £14 and STRICTLY CASH ONLY ON THE DAY. The show is run by volunteers and we have no card machine or way of taking electronic payments on site.

**Please bring some cash with you as no cash = no entry on the day to the concours**

Club Displays
We will be welcoming back our clubs to display some their members vehicles throughout the show ground.

Camping 
Some camping will be available on Saturday night. Camping is organised by Stonor Park not ABVWC and space is limited, so please book soon if you want to stay over. 
Gates are open from 12 - 22:30

Trade Stands

Trade stands are 8x5m and are £60. To book a trade stand please contact committee@abvwc.com and a member of the team will send you a booking form to complete.
